Ukuphakama kokushisa kwebhodi lokujikeleza eliphrintiwe

Imbangela eqondile ye-PCB lokushisa i-REGE KUNGCONO KWAMAKHAYA WOKUQALA KWAMANDLA WAMANDLA WAMANDLA WAMANDLA, amadivaysi e-elekthronikhi anamazinga ahlukile wokuhlakazeka kwamandla, kanye nokuqina kokushisa kuyahlukahluka ngokwenza amandla.

2 I-Emenomena yokushisa ikhuphuka ku-PCB:

(1) ukukhuphuka kwezinga lokushisa kwendawo noma izinga lokushisa lendawo enkulu kukhuphuka;

(2) Ukushisa kwesikhashana noma isikhathi eside kuphakama.

 

Ekuhlaziyweni kwamandla we-PCB Thermal, lezi zinto ezilandelayo zivame ukuhlaziya:

 

1. Ukusetshenziswa kwamandla kagesi

(1) Hlaziya ukusetshenziswa kwamandla endaweni ngayinye;

(2) Hlaziya ukusatshalaliswa kwamandla kwi-PCB.

 

2. Isakhiwo se-PCB

(1) usayizi we-PCB;

(2) izinto zokwakha.

 

3. Ukufakwa kwe-PCB

(1) indlela yokufaka (njengokufakwa okuqondile nokufakwa okuvundlile);

(2) Isimo sokubopha uphawu nebanga ukusuka ezindlini.

 

4. Imisebe eshisayo

(1) Ukuhlanganiswa kwemisebe ye-PCB komhlaba;

(2) Umehluko wokushisa phakathi kwe-PCB kanye nendawo eseduze kanye nokushisa kwabo ngokuphelele;

 

5. Ukushisa okuphezulu

(1) Faka i-radiator;

(2) Ukutholwa kwezinye izakhiwo zokufaka.

 

6. I-Thermal Convection

(1) ukuqondiswa kwemvelo;

(2) I-convection epholile ephoqelelwe.

 

Ukuhlaziywa kwe-PCB kwalezi zinto ezingenhla kuyindlela ephumelelayo yokuxazulula i-PCB lokushisa ukukhuphuka, imvamisa kulezi zinto ezihlangene futhi kuncike, kuncike, kuncike isimo esithile sokushisa esilinganiselwe kanye namapharamitha wokushisa.
