Unobangela ngqo wonyulu kubushushu be-PCB unyuka ngenxa yobukho bezixhobo zokubonisa amandla ekhompyutha, izixhobo ze-elektroniki zinezinqanaba ezahlukeneyo zokulimaza amandla, kwaye ubuqili bokufudumeza buyahlukahlukana nokungasebenzi kwamandla.
I-2 phenomena yobushushu inyuka kwi-PCB:
(1) iqondo lobushushu lendawo linyuka okanye iqondo elikhulu lendawo linyuka;
(2) Vuka iqondo elifutshane okanye ixesha elide linyuka.
Kuhlalutyo lwe-PCB yamandla e-PCB, le miba ilandelayo ihlaziywa ngokubanzi:
1. Ukusetyenziswa kwamandla ombane
(1) Hlaziya ukusebenzisa amandla kwicandelo ngalinye;
(2) Hlaziya ukuhanjiswa kwamandla kwi-PCB.
2. Ulwakhiwo lwe-PCB
(1) ubungakanani be-PCB;
(2) Izixhobo.
I-3. Ukufakwa kwePCB
(1) Indlela yokufaka (efana nokufakelwa nkqo kunye nokufakwa ngokuthe ngqo);
(2) imeko yokutywina kunye nomgama ovela kwizindlu.
4. Imitha ye-thermal
(1) ukusebenza kwe-radiation kwindawo ye-PCB;
(2) Umahluko wobushushu phakathi kwePCB kunye nomphezulu obekiweyo kunye nobushushu babo obugqibeleleyo;
5. Ukuqulunqwa kobushushu
(1) Faka i-radiator;
(2) Ukuqulunqwa kwezinye izinto zokufaka kufakelo.
6. Intuthuzelo ye-thermal
(1) Ingqungquthela yendalo;
(2) Ukunyanzeliswa okupholisayo.
Uhlalutyo lwe-PCB kule miba ingentla yindlela esebenzayo yokusombulula amaqondo obushushu e-PCB, rhoqo kwimveliso kunye nenkqubo yezinto ezinokuqikelelwa ukuba zibaliwe ngokuchanekileyo, ziqikelelwa kwiqondo lokuhamba ngeqondo lobushushu.
