The function and characteristics of PCB gong board machine

The PCB gong board machine is a machine used to divide the irregular PCB board connected with the stamp hole. Also called PCB curve splitter, desktop curve splitter, stamp hole PCB splitter. The PCB gong board machine is an important process in the PCB production process. The PCB gong board refers to the cutting of the graphics required by the customer according to the processing program designed by the engineering. If there is a leaking gong, if the production board of the gong is not shipped to the customer according to the customer’s requirements, it will cause the PCBA (PrintedCircuitBoard+Assembly, which refers to the entire process of the PCB empty board through the SMT loading, and then through the DIP plug-in). Installed on the product, causing the PCBA to be scrapped.

 

The gongs are divided into coarse gongs and fine gongs. The depth of the conventional gongs of the gongs is 16.5mm, and the thickness of the stacked plates is less than the blade length of the cutter.

If the thickness of the PCB board is equal to or greater than the length of the tool, the PCB board will be burnt if the fixed structure above the tool rotates during the roughing process. In order to avoid damage to the PCB board when the fixed structure above the tool rotates, the fixed structure needs to be connected to the PCB board. A gap is formed between them, so the depth of the gong board of 16.5mm can only complete the gong board operation on the PCB board of 4pnl, and the processing efficiency is low.
