PCB copying process

In order to develop PCB more quickly, we cannot do without learning and drawing lessons, so PCB copying board was born. Electronic product imitation and cloning is a process of copying circuit boards.

1.When we get the pcb that needs to be copied, first record the model, parameters, and position of all the components on the paper. Special attention should be paid to the direction of the diode, the transistor, and the direction of the IC trap. It is best to record the location of the vital parts with photos.

2. Remove all components and remove the tin from the PAD hole. Clean the PCB with alcohol and put it into the scanner. When scanning, the scanner needs to raise the scanning pixels slightly to get a clearer image. Start POHTOSHOP, sweep the screen in color, save the file and print it out for later use.

3. Lightly sand the TOP LAYER and BOTTOM LAYER with yarn paper to the copper film Shiny. Go into the scanner, launch PHOTOSHOP, and sweep in each layer in color.

4.Adjust the contrast and brightness of the canvas so that the parts with copper film and the parts without copper film contrast strongly. Then turn the subgraph black and white to check that the lines are clear. Save the map as black and white BMP format files TOP.BMP and BOT.BMP.

5.Convert two BMP files into PROTEL files respectively, and import two layers into PROTEL. If the positions of the two layers of PAD and VIA basically coincide, it indicates that the previous steps have been done well, if there is a deviation, repeat the third step.

6.Convert the BMP of the TOP layer to the top.PCB, pay attention to the conversion to the SILK layer, trace the line on the TOP layer, and place the device according to the drawing of the second step. Delete the SILK layer when you are finished.

7.In PROTEL, TOP.PCB and BOT.PCB are imported and combined into one diagram.

8.Use a laser printer to print the TOP LAYER and BOTTOM LAYER respectively on the transparent film (1:1 ratio), put the film on the PCB, compare whether it is wrong, if it is correct, it is finished.
